Actor Alex Saunders is the co-writer and co-director on all the Crystal movies. He has performed in theatre many times highlighting just what a diverse actor he can be.

​A highly skilled  make-up artist  Alex was key to the final appearance of the  goblins, the witch Hestia, the repulsive Gwogmires and the Evil Balock the god.

​Alex has a background in professional body painting and photography and has experience with medieval weaponry, costume design and fight scene choreography making him an essential member of the team.
